Andre Hunebelle Opalescent Bowl

Stunning art deco glass dish designed by French glassmaker Andre Hunebelle c1930s in the Choisy-le-Roi factory which was known for producing some of the highest quality glass including pieces by Rene Lalique and Pierre d'Avesn. A superb foliage design in moulded opalescent. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks; one straw mark made during the manufacturing process but this is not a crack and one small portion of the frosting to the edge has rubbed but barely noticeable. A large and wonderful decorative vintage art deco piece of glassware. Diameter - 30.25 cms. Height - 6 cms.
