Beswick Biscuit Barrel

Rare and stunning art deco ceramic biscuit barrel made in the 1930s by British manufacturer Beswick. This beautiful design has a green, yellow and brown pattern with lovely tactile curved shape and handle. In very good condition with no chips however there are two faint hairline cracks to the inside as photographed. Nevertheless, still a very collectable piece and flaws reflected in the price for this hard to find piece. A wonderful vintage art deco barrel backstamped for the period. Width - 24 cms. Height - 15 cms to handle. Depth - 9.5 cms.
