Burleigh Ware Green Parrot Jug

Beautiful art deco Burleigh Ware jug. This original piece from the 1930s has a wonderful vibrant parrot as the handle. On the bright yellow background is a hand painted design of a palm tree. In excellent condition with some minute spots of paint loss to the top of the bird and one small area where the glaze has taken as well. Backstamped for Burleigh. A lovely vintage art deco ceramic jug. Height - 19.5 cms (to top of parrot).
