Camels on Marble

Magnificent and rare art deco statue of two spelter camels on a marble base. In excellent condition, the elephants are beautifully modelled and in very good condition with a lovely patina. There is one small hole behind the tail of one but barely noticeable and mentioned for accuracy only. The flecked marble is in excellent condition and is rare to find in such great shape. A truly lovely art deco piece with a rare subject. Width - 38.25 cms. Height - 13 cms. Depth - 10 cms.
