Davidson Amethyst Cloud Glass Bowl, Frog & Plinth

Beautiful art deco bowl made by British manufacturer, Davidson, in the 1930s. This type of swirled glass is known as cloud glass and every piece is unique. The beautiful amethyst colour looks wonderful with light shining through. This comes with the original 'frog' insert for holding flowers and plinth both also in the matching cloud glass. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks to the bowl and frog. There are some small nibbles to the feet of the plinth. A fabulous vintage art deco centrepiece. Height - 11.5 cms. Diameter - 21 cms.
