Dogs Marble Lamp

Wonderful art deco desk lamp on a marble base with a glass shade and two Alsatian dogs. The marble is a pinky beige and cream and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The white glass banded shade is in similarly good condition with no chips or cracks; some faint rubbing to the gold banding. Unsigned but this is likely to be a Tedd piece, a prolific French manufacturer of the art deco era. The figures are in very good condition with some minor scuffing and are fabulously modelled. One of the ears has potentially been bent backwards but actually just adds to their charm! Fully working, the lamp has been PAT tested and rewired with an inline switch.
