Hamburg American Clocks Mantel Clock

Superb art deco mantel clock. Made in the 1930s by Hamburg American Clocks (HAC); a German company well known for their quality and who subsequently merged to form part of Junghans. This wonderful timepiece is an 8 day clock in working order. The chimes bar is a little loose and so occasionally misses the gong but not so apparent that it causes issues. Original key and pendulum included. The wood is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The face is a little scratched but again not significantly. This is a fabulous vintage art deco clock of good quality and a wonderfully deco design. Height - 22.5 cms. Width - 36 cms. Depth - 11.5 cms.
