Myott 1940s Chicken Neck Jug

Pretty art deco ceramic jug made by British manufacturer Myott in the 1940s. In the chicken neck shape, this has a handpainted floral design to the surround and gilding to the handle and base. In very good condition with no chips or cracks; there is some paint loss to the gold on the handle and the base. The jug is embossed with the Myott name to the underside but this unfortunately doesnt show with a camera. A charming 1940s piece. Height - 22.5 cms.
