Pair of Rosso Marble Photo Frames

Stunning pair of art deco photo frames. An original and matching pair from the 1930s, these have a rosso marble base with white marble sides. The bases have a fantastic deco shaping to them and are in excellent condition with only minor nibbles to the edges. The glass panes in each are original and one has a small chip to one corner not noticeable once photo is in place. Currently these have a paper print of 'Portrait of Romana de la Salle in Profile' c1928 and 'Portrait of the Marquis d'Afflito (on the staircase)' c1926 by Tamara De Lempicka for display purposes. A beautiful and rare pair of original art deco photo frames. Height - 16 cms. Width - 19.25 cms. Depth - 5 cms. To hold photo of 14 x 9 cms (5.5 x 3.5 inches).
