Spelter Bird Bookends

Fabulous art deco bookends with birds on a marble base. The birds are wonderfully modelled from spelter and in excellent condition. The bases are made from a cream marble; again in excellent condition with no cracks - one minute nibble to the marble edging. One of the birds is slightly duller than the other but actually less noticeable than the photographs seem to portray.  A beautiful pair of original art deco bookends.  Height - 13.25 cms. Width each - 11 cms. Depth - 7.25 cms.
